Collaborative Award in Population Health (CAPH)

The Thomas Jefferson University & Nemours Children’s Health Collaborative Award in Population Health (CAPH) is an initiative of Jefferson and Nemours Children’s Health to promote population health research between our institutions. The intent of the CAPH funding mechanism is to support new and existing collaborative research teams and enable the generation of pivotal data that will form the basis of new investigator-initiated research studies funded through external (federal, foundation or industry) granting mechanisms. 2025 is the first award cycle for the CAPH.

Eligibility for Submission

Faculty from Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University departments are encouraged to collaborate on impactful research in population health. The investigator teams for submitted proposals must include a Nemours faculty member and a faculty member from any Jefferson department or college.

Questions regarding the Collaborative Award in Population Health (CAPH) may be addressed to Tyler Kmiec.
