The Research Administration Center of Excellence (RACE) is a shared service center that will provide faculty-centric research administration support across Jefferson.
The RACE Vision
Handling the business of research, so faculty can perform the research. The RACE objectives are:
- enhance service for all researchers across campus;
- ensure consistent processes and procedures across departments; and
- provide our grants management staff a clear career path.

The Service Level Agreement is RACE's promise of service to each department they are serving. The Agreement will outline the support services that RACE will provide to faculty as well as the level of communication the department can expect.
