To join an IRB project, you will need the following Citi training* along with your CV, and then complete the IRB New Personnel Request Form.
- Biomedical Research Certification (ID 43701)
- Social & Behavioral Research Certification (ID 43708)
- CITI Good Clinical Practice (ID 43712)
- CITI Conflicts of Interest - Key Personnel - COI (ID 104049)
- Current CV/resume, signed and dated on the front of the document.
- Complete the IRB New Personnel Request Form

- Go to the Citi Program site.
- Select LOG IN THROUGH MY INSTITUTION. Select Thomas Jefferson University. Use your campus key and Jefferson password.
