If you would like to join an IRB project, you will need the following Citi training* along with your CV, and then complete the IRB New Personnel Request Form.

  1. Biomedical Research Certification (ID 43701)
  2. Social & Behavioral Research Certification (ID 43708)
  3. CITI Good Clinical Practice (ID 43712)
  4. CITI Conflicts of Interest - Key Personnel - COI (ID 104049)
  5. Current CV/resume, signed and dated on the front of the document.
  6. Complete the IRB New Personnel Request Form

  • Go to the Citi Program site.
  • Select LOG IN THROUGH MY INSTITUTION. Select Thomas Jefferson University. Use your campus key and Jefferson password.
