Instruments

A laser scanning confocal that features FLIM and 3D STED capabilities for super-resolution imaging of fixed or live samples.

A workhorse laser scanning confocal that pairs speed and resolution for flexible imaging of fixed or live samples labeled with a wide range of fluorescent probes.

Combination system that offers both high contrast imaging of surface interactions and delicate confocal imaging of cultured cells.

A flexible, high speed solution for widefield imaging of fixed or live samples with a user-friendly interface and in-line image processing.

A high-content screening microscope for widefield or confocal imaging of samples across wellplates or slides.  In-line analysis offers several preset assays for common analysis routines.

Whole animal imaging for fluorescence and bioluminescent in living specimens.  Housed in the Laboratory Animal Services Facility.

Manual upright microscope for the imaging of Brightfield slides.  The system features a color camera and manual image stitching.

Free-to-use system for validating fluorescent transfection efficiency.

Please note: no camera mounted.

Dedicated workstation featuring NIS-Elements with multiple analysis modules.  Additional softwares to come.
