Overview
JCRI Systems Team is responsible for implementation, training, and oversight of Clinical Research Systems at Jefferson. This office is responsible for clinical research policies, procedures, and ticket resolution for each of the systems below.

- JeffTrial Clinical Trial Management System
- JeffTrial training is conducted via Teams. Please submit a ServiceNow request for access.
- Florence eBinders
- Please submit a ServiceNow request for eBinders training and access
- Training for coordinators is conducted via Teams
- Training for Jefferson-affiliated signatories is available on Workday
- View the required training for Non-Jefferson signatories
- If you are utilizing eBinders, this must an approved line item on the budget prior to requesting binder creation

- Greenphire - ClinCard Patient Remuneration System
- Users can assign themselves ClinCard training via Workday Learning
- iRIS e-IRB System
- Users can assign themselves iRIS training via via Workday Learning
- EPIC CareLink
- For EPIC CareLink Remote Monitoring requests, please submit a ticket in ServiceNow.
- Clinical Research Systems Simulation
- JCRI’s comprehensive Clinical Research Systems Simulation experience was designed as a supplemental resource to formal training. Its aim is to allow users to navigate a playground environment for each system without the risk of compromising real life data. The simulation highlights essential workflows for research staff and bridges the gap between isolated trainings to improve understanding of how the research systems connect. Please complete this Redcap form and the JCRI Systems team will reach out about how you can start the Clinical Research Systems Simulation.
