Study Algorithm/Plan

  1. Pass Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria
  2. Consent
  3. Randomize to either Study Group or Control Group
  4. Utilize daily study EPIC note for all patients in the study (.GPOCUSNOTE)
  5. Determine if a patient is symptomatic (has nausea, vomiting, belching, hiccups) or asymptomatic
  6. Select the appropriate patient group and follow the flow diagram:
