My lab has been involved in pharmacokinetic analyses of drug disposition in humans and animal models.  We have developed and published in the area of LCMS therapeutic drug monitoring with our analytical expertise for various therapeutic agents.  Our lab is actively collaborating with the Division of Clinical Pharmacology at TJU.  For one of the study, a simultaneous pharmacokinetic analysis of midazolam and ketamine method was developed using LCMS.  This project resulted in two poster abstracts, one oral presentation, and two publications in international journals.  We are currently working with Division of Clinical Pharmacology on pharmacokinetic analysis of azithromycin and aspirin.  This projected has led to successful funding from NIH (R21) and EW Thrasher Foundation.
