This study compares treatment effectiveness across four Obstructive Sleep Apnea treatments—continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), mandibular advancement device (MAD), upper airway stimulation (UAS), and maxillomandibular advancement (MMA). The study revealed that both surgical treatments displayed significantly greater effectiveness than the non-surgical treatments (CPAP and MAD).
