Dr. Laura Krisa received her Ph.D. in neuroscience from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2010. She is a clinical neuroscience researcher with a basic science background. She works as an assistant professor in the departments of physical and occupational therapy at the Thomas Jefferson University. She is also part of the scientific staff at Shriners Hospital for Children-Philadelphia. Dr. Krisa's recent publications have focused on the use of advanced neuroimaging techniques as potential biomarkers in people with spinal cord injury.
